DESCRIPTION:Rosewood Manor is walking for Alzheimer’s! We are organizing a team\, collecting donations and will be walking in Provincetown. The Alzheimer’s Family Support Center of Cape Cod is sponsoring this fundraiser. This walk has become a regular feature of the Lower Cape autumn calendar\, attracting more than 500 people from across the region. Features include trolley rides\, live music\, dancing and a catered lunch. \nWhen: Sunday October 12th from 11AM-2PM \nThe Alzheimer’s Family Support Center of Cape Cod offers an array of services for the Cape’s Alzheimer’s/dementia community. All services are offered at no cost to whomever needs them\, regardless of ability to pay.  All services are confidential and adhere to federal HIPAA guidelines.  \nThis population is near and dear to our hearts\, and we are looking forward to raising funds and awareness for this wonderful organization.
