ABOUT ROSEWOOD MANOR
Rosewood Manor is a former sea captain’s house dating back to the mid 1800’s. This charming antique cape is located in the heart of historic Harwich, nestled amongst private homes. Rosewood boasts a lovely landscape with mature plantings and multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Over the years, Rosewood has expanded and modernized, while retaining the charm of olde Cape Cod.
We pride ourselves in a comfortable, casual, homelike environment. We are a close community where relationships are established. We are small enough to provide personalized care, with a very consistent and generous number of staff.
THE SMART CHOICE
- Rosewood is a cost-effective choice for truly personalized care, with lower daily rates than traditional nursing home facilities. Due to our small size, our care is more available.
- Rosewood has all inclusive pricing; there are no increases with increased need for care, incontinence and/or hygiene products.
- Rosewood is significantly less expensive than in-home care.
- Rosewood is a safe solution for those who can no longer have their care or safety needs met with assisted living;
- Rosewood is a safe environment and ideal for people with cognitive impairment and memory concerns.
- Rosewood Manor is licensed as a “Rest Home” by the Department of Public Health. We provide more care than assisted living yet do not provide skilled medical care.
- Rosewood can be our residents final home where they can age in place. We use Hospice Services at family’s requests and facilitate a peaceful end of life experience.
- Rosewood’s staff to client ratio helps prevent our residents from feeling isolated while providing an outstanding level of care.
