Daily Rates for Long Term Residence and Respite (minimum one month):
Rosewood Manor is a private pay facility and does not accept Medicare or Medicaid for daily rates.
Many of our residents use their long term care policy benefits to reimburse them for their daily rates.

INCLUDED IN DAILY RATE:
-All levels of care, despite resident’s increase in need
-All incontinence and hygiene products
-Medication management
-Private furnished rooms complete with TV and cable
-Three chef prepared meals and snacks daily
-Full personal laundry, linen and cleaning service
-Engaging activities, daily exercise class, entertainment, daily newspaper
NOT INCLUDED IN DAILY RATE:
-Nutritional supplements
-Medication, vaccinations
-Durable medical equipment (wheelchairs, walkers, etc)
-Beauty and barber services
-Consulting care providers or medical care
CONSULTING CARE PROVIDERS
We understand having to travel to outside appointments can be difficult for residents and family. To decrease the need for outside visits, we have the following providers come to us on a regular basis. Their fees are not included in Rosewood Manor rates. Many are covered by insurance, and all are according to resident/responsible party choice.
- Visiting primary care provider, on call 24/7
- Visiting psychiatric nurse practitioner
- Podiatrist, dental hygienist, beautician/barber
- Physical, occupational and speech therapists
- Laboratory services
- Mobile x-ray
- Hospice care
- Beauty and Barber Services
- Hospice Services
