Rosewood Manor is walking for Alzheimer’s! We are organizing a team, collecting donations and will be walking in Provincetown. The Alzheimer’s Family Support Center of Cape Cod is sponsoring this fundraiser. This walk has become a regular feature of the Lower Cape autumn calendar, attracting more than 500 people from across the region. Features include trolley rides, live music, dancing and a catered lunch.

When: Sunday October 12th from 11AM-2PM

The Alzheimer’s Family Support Center of Cape Cod offers an array of services for the Cape’s Alzheimer’s/dementia community. All services are offered at no cost to whomever needs them, regardless of ability to pay.  All services are confidential and adhere to federal HIPAA guidelines.
